1. Acceptance

By accessing tapnow.homes or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

tapnow.homes is an independent third-party website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TapNow, Tamar AI Inc., or any of their affiliates.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure and for everything done through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.

3. Credits and subscriptions

• New accounts receive welcome credits. Welcome credits are promotional, have no cash value, and are not a subscription.
• Paid plans grant a recurring credit allowance for the billing period you selected.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access and credits continue until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We may change plan prices or credit allowances for future periods with reasonable notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Prices are shown in US dollars and any applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that depicts real people in a defamatory or misleading way.
• Attempt to bypass credit, rate, or access limits, or to reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Resell, sublicense, or share account access without our written permission.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you upload and of the outputs you generate, to the extent the law allows. You grant us the limited licence we need to store and process them in order to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

7. Availability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features depend on third-party models and infrastructure and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not warrant that results will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, that is used fraudulently, or that creates risk for the service or other users. You may stop using the site at any time.
