This policy explains what we collect on tapnow.homes, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

tapnow.homes is an independent third-party website that provides an interface for AI visual creation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TapNow, Tamar AI Inc., or any of their affiliates.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the site and your account:

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile image URL, and Google account identifier.
Authentication data: session cookies and tokens that keep you signed in.
Payment data: order, plan, and subscription records. Card details are entered on and processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number.
Prompt and reference data: the text prompts and reference files you submit to the creation tools, used to produce your result and to keep a record of the request.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, used for security and aggregate analytics.

3. How we use information

To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
To grant credits, run generations, process subscriptions, and handle refunds or billing questions.
To detect abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
To improve the site and understand aggregate usage.
To respond to support requests.

4. Third parties

We share data only with the processors required to operate the site: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments and subscriptions), and our hosting, generation, and database providers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, locale, and security. Analytics, where enabled, is used in aggregate form only. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; blocking authentication cookies will prevent sign-in.

6. Retention

Account, prompt, and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. Session tokens expire automatically.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Send requests to support@tapnow.homes and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and least-privilege access to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
